Canada Legal Referral  Inc. and Reference Legale - Canada Ltee are privately owned limited companies providing commercial credit reporting , third party collection services and first party  outsourcing programs to our clients across Canada and into the United States since 1995. These services are provided to finance departments and credit professionals  from our offices in Toronto and Montreal ; all Canada Legal Referral products and services are provided in both official languages.  Additional services designed to augment the internal credit granting and collection policies of CLR clients include, national on - line database information, focused construction industry products and services, as well as PPSA security registration services in each of the provinces and territories across Canada.
